ROOM DEPOSITS

All reservations require a 30% deposit. No refunds of deposit.

100% payment at time of booking for major holidays and event weekends.

 

When you book online with us, our system keeps your card on file to cover any room charges and damage. Missing items or damage to furniture, linens, and other property will be assessed and then billed to the customer at our replacement cost, which may include labor costs. We will always try to be transparent in our communication about damage to rooms. Keep in mind that excessively soiled linens, carpets, and furniture will be included as damages.


CANCELLATION POLICY

 

CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT

If reservation is cancelled within three days of the arrival date, the full amount of the reservation will be charged to your credit card.


Check-in Time - 3pm. You are welcome to arrive early to leave your bags, but your room may not be available until 3pm.

Check-out Time - 11am.

Late check-out fee of $20/hour until 3pm. After 3pm 100% of room rate will be charged.

PROPERTY RULES

 

 

 

All rooms are priced for 2 individuals. Each additional person increases the room rate by $25/person/night.

 

No smoking of any kind anywhere on the property, including the courtyard. 

No pets.

Quiet hours are from 10pm to 8am. During this time, we ask that you respect your neighbors and keep noise to a minimum. If we have to repeatedly ask you to quiet down, we will then ask you to leave the property and no refund will be given.
